Session formats and frequency
Sessions are available as 50-Minute or 90-minute appointments, delivered online or face-to-face at my private practice. We can arrange weekly, fortnightly, or bespoke sessions tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals.
Home Visits
Home visits are offered for clients who may find attending the clinic challenging, whether due to heightened anxiety, sensory needs or mobility considerations, or simply feelings more comfortable beginning therapy in a familiar surroundings.
All the is required is a quiet, private room with minimal distractions where we can talk openly and confidentially.

Standard Travel Area: Within a 6-mile radius of Rugby.

Extended Travel: Visits beyond 6 miles are available with a small additional fee to cover travel time and mileage.
Trainee Counsellor Concessions
I offer reduced rates for students currently enrolled on a recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification (Proof of student status/course enrollment required upon booking)
Private Health Insurance
I am an accredited provider recognised by VitalityHealth & Sparta Health (with applications in progress for Aviva and Healix). If your therapy is funded through private medical insurance, please provide your membership number and pre-authorisation code when booking.
