Integrating CBT

At Hinks Headspace, I believe in the transformative power of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to bring about positive change. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their thoughts and emotions effectively, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Through personalised sessions and evidence-based techniques, I help you feel empowered to overcome challenges, improve mental well-being, and achieve your goals.

CBT Techniques

Working together with CBT, integrating practical, evidence-based techniques to help you understand and shift unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns. This often involves:

Cognitive Restructuring: Learning to identify and reframe negative or unhelpful thoughts.

Behavioural Skills: Developing and practising new, more adaptive behaviours.

Problem-Solving: Equipping you with systematic ways to address challenges.

Mindfulness: Cultivating present-moment awareness for greater emotional balance.

You'll gain a valuable toolkit of strategies to apply in your everyday life, fostering enduring positive change.
